COUNSELLING, HELP PLANNING AND ADMISSION

Within the framework of the "central office for counselling, assistance planning and admission", we advise chronically mentally ill adults who feel overwhelmed in their everyday lives and are looking for support. Other facilities, doctors and funding agencies can also contact us with questions about the services offered by Soziale Hilfe Marburg e. V.

  • in a personal conversation, we clarify together with the enquirer in which areas the support is needed & desired.
  • we determine the responsible funding agency and together with the enquirer we take care of the applications and formalities necessary for the assumption of costs.
  • the necessary assistance is recorded in an assistance plan together with the funding agency. This is a prerequisite for the coverage of the costs.
  • the measures described are implemented by one of our four centres within the framework of a reference counsellor system.
